When you contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, WhatsApp number, business type, country and any message you send. We also collect basic usage data: pages viewed, referral source, country, device type and clicks on WhatsApp or email.
2. How we use it
We use your information to answer inquiries, prepare quotes, confirm stock and availability, and improve the catalogue. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Storage and security
Data is stored in Supabase and the site is hosted on Vercel. We use access controls and industry-standard practices, but no online service is completely secure.
4. Third-party services
We use Supabase for the database, Vercel for hosting, and WhatsApp for direct communication. If we enable Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel, those services may also process usage data under their own privacy policies.
5. Cookies and analytics
Our first-party analytics records page views and contact clicks in our own database. Optional Google Analytics and Meta Pixel cookies are only set when those integrations are enabled. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to the catalogue.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact us to exercise these rights.
